I'm very strict when it comes to practice, applying discipline and respect to each other, working on their basic fundamentals footwork, finished, ball handling and shooting. I want all out when attending my practice cause what you show in practice you will show it in the game so if you don't want to sit next to me in the bench show me what your capable
