Originally from Uganda, Coach Joanah Nabisenke brings over eight years of basketball coaching experience and a deep passion for the game. A Level 2 FIBA-certified coach, she has worked with the NBA School, helping young players develop their skills and love for basketball.

 

Her journey has taken her to the highest levels of the sport, including working as a chaperone for the ball kids with the USA Basketball Dream Team during the Olympics. As a former professional player for Sharjah Al Wusta Club, she understands the game from both a player’s and a coach’s perspective.

Known for her fun, energetic, and enthusiastic approach, Coach Joanah is dedicated to guiding and inspiring athletes at all levels. Whether on the court or on the sidelines, she brings passion, experience, and a genuine love for teaching the game.
